Can I use the address as my registered office?
Yes. Our address can be used as your registered office with Companies House, as well as your trading address for customers and suppliers.
Can I use the address as my directors’ service address?
Yes, you can.
What happens to my post?
We receive your mail and hold it for collection, in your own secure postbox.
When can I collect my post?
The secured postboxes are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Can you forward or scan my post?
We hold all post for collection. If you require any mail forwarding, this is available for a fee.
What about parcels and signed-for deliveries?
These can be accepted, if delivery and collection information is organised in advance.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Our agreements start from just 1 month, with simple notice periods.
Can I meet clients at the office?
Yes. Meeting rooms can be booked for anything from a one-to-one to a meeting of 8 people. 15 hours of meeting room use is included in our silver and gold packages.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your monthly fee is fixed and clearly set out in your agreement. Any extras, such as additional meeting room hours or mail forwarding, are agreed upfront.
Can I change package, or move into a serviced office later?
Yes, dependent upon availability, you can upgrade at any time, and if you need a desk, we have offices for 1 to 40 people in the same building.
