Paul Smith and Cliff Gregory – Co-Owner/Directors
After 30-odd years in business at progressively senior levels within large corporates, culminating with a spell as Business Consultants, Paul and Cliff pooled their relatively meagre pension pots, set up SIPPs (self-invested personal pensions) and invested in their first commercial property in Leamington Spa (‘number seven’) and their Serviced Office journey had begun.
Having successfully and sympathetically refurbished the original period building and coach house, added a modern extension and filled the resulting space with quality clients, they decided to repeat the exercise on a larger scale.
Settling in 2006 on the facility that was to become ‘number three’, situated on the outskirts of Coventry at the junction of the A45 and A46 arterial roads and the airport, they set about creating a quality office facility. Apart from a complete transformation of the existing structure, plans were implemented to add a third floor which involved taking the roof off whilst the necessary structure was built. The gods were clearly with them as, in the middle of winter, it did not rain for the whole of the 6 weeks that the structure, and an existing client on the ground floor, were vulnerable to the elements and the expansion was completed without issue.
After progressively filling the space, ‘number three’ has been very successful and, like the original building in Leamington Spa, consistently achieves occupancy levels in excess of 95%. Paul and Cliff put this down to the effort they and their team put into maintaining the appearance of the facility, creating an ideal working environment and responding flexibly to individual client needs.
Zena Stuart – Finance and Administration Officer
A background in book-keeping and accounting for smaller businesses meant Zena had the key skills required to manage the books for our serviced office operations. Since joining however, Zena has successfully broadened her involvement to include operations and sales which has further enhanced our ability to respond to the many and varied needs of our clients and potential clients.
Jenny Evans – Reception Services
After extensive business experience including a senior role in a family business, Jenny joined ‘number three’ to oversee ‘front-of-house’ and reception services. The reception role is extremely important as it is often the first impression that visitors and potential clients get of our services. The experience and professionalism Jenny brings has already resulted in process and service quality improvements to clients.
The whole team at Offpro is dedicated to servicing the needs of our clients and we pride ourselves on the tremendous flexibility we are able to bring to our relationship with them. Aside from direct access to members of the team during the normal working day, the Directors are available 24/7, 365 days a year should clients require.
We are very much hands-on Owner/Directors – you deal directly with us on a day-to-day basis and we are able to be totally flexible on every aspect of our relationship with you
