Meet The Team

Paul Smith and Ryan Smith – Owner/Directors

After 30-odd years in business at progressively senior levels within large corporates, culminating in a spell as a business consultant, Paul invested his pension in his first commercial property in Leamington Spa, and his serviced office journey began. That was in 2002, and ‘number seven’ has been home to Offpro ever since.

Having successfully and sympathetically refurbished the original period building and coach house, added a modern extension and filled the resulting space with quality clients, the business went on to repeat the exercise on a larger scale. Many of those clients are still with them today, and most of the tenants have been settled at ‘number seven’ for more than 10 years.

Today, Offpro is a family business, run by Paul and his son Ryan, who also owns and runs his own nursery business. As hands-on owners, they’re always available to help clients and can make decisions quickly.

We are very much hands-on Owner/Directors – you deal directly with us on a day-to-day basis and we are able to be totally flexible on every aspect of our relationship with you
